We can cater up to sixty guest without additional Marquees, with a Marquee we can extend to 100 seated guest

To date our largest wedding in this room was for 60, we could also cater upto 50 if tables were to be separated. Highly enjoyed Winter wedding option

Cellar Roof - We cater up to 100 seated or cocktail guests.

We specialise in catering for 30 to 100 guest seated, to date our largest wedding on the cellar roof was for 100 guest which you can read the reference below or contact us to build a speical menu and structured day to compliment your plans and cater to your needs                                                 Marquee reference: Hi Mike and Antonio,  I hope this e-mail finds you both well.  Hamish and I would like to thank you for hosting our wedding. As you know, we had the most wonderful day. It was perfect. The venue is magical, you should both be very proud of what you have achieved as I don't think there is anything like Poderi Crisci, anywhere. All our guests are still raving about the whole day. A lot of them had never been to Waiheke so they had no idea what to expect. It's safe to say they were all blown away. We are so grateful to Mike for being the ultimate host, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. If there were dramas behind the scenes, we didn't see them! Also, thank you Mike for responding to the endless e-mails, it is difficult to organise a wedding from Overseas but you made it easy.  Thank you Antonio for the food. We choose Poderi Crisci for two reasons, the first, the location, However, the main reason we chose Poderi Crisci was due to Antonio's reputation for food. We weren't disappointed. The food was impeccable - the most common compliment we have received from our guests has been about the food, I don't think anyone has had food like that before at a wedding. Other information:

A sample time line as we like to offer the full Poderi Crisci Experience

Invitations sent ASAP with an RSVP of approximately 90 days prior to the big day (this is to assist with accommodation, transport, Hirage, catering etc)

We recommend a 1:30pm start and if so guest should be recommended to catch the 12pm if coming from the city (We can organise transport and even the ferry tickets if required, we also have a list of accommodation providers) Usually we allow 10 minutes to get everyone onto the transport so they should arrive around 1:15pm

Room / Marquee personalising should be completed the day prior or by 10am and arrival music needs to be in place by 12:00noon (allowing for hicups) We have a list of Florist, Bands, DJs and sound system providers or we can organise for you

We recommend refreshments for guest on arrival and / or Sangria prior to the ceremony

Ceremony scheduled for 1:30 to 2pm, an average would place the ceremony to finish between 2 to 3pm.

Bubbles to celebrate and offering of Canapes prior to heading or whilst having photos (we do have a couple of photographers registered with us

This is always hard to predict with couples variing so much but Lunch / Dinner should start between 3:30 and 5pm.

This sections is always built to meet the bridal parties request with times but we would time most weddings meals for between 3 and 5 hours

Post Lunch / Dinner Music should be installed prior to 12noon also, Dance floors can be added or we can offer a separate area like the main restaurant as the dancing area

We are limited to strict hours,at 9:45 we start closing up with the aim of getting everyone going back to Auckland city on the 11pm boat which means that transport can be organised to also drop guest to their accommodation or the after party, we have a list of after party options available
