Light copper in colour with a fine bead, fresh nectarines and peaches with a light truffle note and some oriental spice.

A startingly good sparkling Rose - perfect as an Aperitif.

Originally planted in Merlot, through planting and grafting the estate now boasts Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Nebbiolo, Syrah, Montepulciano and Arneis varieties to provide a better representation of Antonio’s homeland Italy. Our small 1,000 case production guarantees you will only find our wines in some of New Zealand's specialist wine stores and a small number of restaurants.

Rose
Predominantly Merlot grape ,whole bunch pressed, very light in colour, a crisp dry style, with flavours of stone fruit-nectarine , peach.

Pinot Grigio
Delicate floral nose of rose blossoms, turkish delights and ripe pear combined with hints of oriental spice. Low cropping gives a rich ripe palate of ripe fruit, stone fruit and pear ,balanced with a flinty minerally finish for a great length and dry style.Fermented half in staniless steel and half in french oak.

Chardonnay 2010
Flinty, Granny Smith Apples, Mirabelle (yellow plum) and very driven. The palate is ripe, has rich fruit Mirabelle again, some fresh nuts, very full with long persistent finish on a creamy, citrus note

Viburno 2009
Rich, ripe blackberry and mulberry character mixed with notes of cedar, with present soft tannins.
An excellent accompliment with food.

Merlot Reserva 2009
100% Merlot grown on a small knob of clay in front of the house. Very low cropping, hand harvested and great care taken, result in a great wine with aging potential. In the winery no intervention is practiced (Natural Yeast ferment). Aged for 18 months in French Oak Barriques with 30% new wood. Rich & full, very ripe plums, mulberries, elderberries & dark chocolate. Very concentrated, long & persistent, rich & voluptuous with silky cigar box tannins on the finish.

Acquavite D’Uva “Water of life”.
Produced from selected grapes, distilled by an ancient method working at a discontinuous cycle.

Agrumetto
Citrus liqueur produced from fresh Waiheke Citrus in an artisan method with traditional family recipe from Napoli. Serve as a short drink digestive.
